Developing a plan for success that encompasses the educational needs to achieve a dream is challenging to those young adults that have no knowledge of what their interests and strengths are. Without this knowledge, they all too often fall short in the preparation to achieve their dreams.

It has been said often that dreams without a plan to achieve them are just that, dreams. The National Guard shares with you the urgency of helping students; to realize their dreams through developing a plan to achieve them. Whether that plan involves continuing education or skilled training, the National Guard has developed programs that will help assist the student in making an informed choice. These new and exciting programs explore the vocational interest of the student and assist you by making accurate assessments of the student’s likelihood of success in a particular career cluster.
